| Dear Friends,
I'm pleased to present to you our FIRST newsletter as Eye On Romance! As most of you know I left as founder and owner of Romance Designs, but was pleased to take the romance community websites with me. Our newsletters will come from Eye On Romance, which will be our main hub and information center. Our featured author news and contests will come from there as well as some spectacular new newsletters headed your way soon.
The Romance Writers Network (our romance communities are listed below) have all been redesigned and I am working hard to add new features. I will be continueing to work on adding great and fun new features, like "Search By Locale", "Search By Character Type" and more.
Also, I will be launching SciFiRomanceWriters.com this month.
BIG THANK YOU:
I'd like to thank my good friends who have helped me tremendously in the last few months. They are MaryGrace, Leah, and Heather whose help with the backend databases has been invaluable to me. These databases are the lifeforce of our romance community and allow us to provide you with all the information you are looking for while browsing books and sub-genres. So thank you dear friends!!
WHERE IS A WEEK OF ROMANCE on the websites?
If you are looking for A Week Of Romance, I've replaced it with "Romance Previews: 5 Day Newsletter", also known as "Fiction Previews" . You can find out more here. In fact, this week author Lisa Jackson is guest blogging with us about LEFT TO DIE, her latest release.
THE ROMANCE BOOK CLUB:
I invite you to join us at The Romance Book Club. We are featuring some fantastic books that I know you will want to read. I've read them all myself and they are all GREAT. Our featured authors, time allowing, will be interacting with readers so don't miss it.
They are:
- Some Like It Wicked by Teresa Medeiros
- Master of Surrender by Karin Tabke
- Marked by Moonlight by Sharie Kohler (aka Sophie Jordan)
Go here to visit The Romance Book Club.
SAD NEWS:
Last I want to mention that my dear friend Shirley Tallman, a well known mystery author, lost her beloved son in a horrible accident off the coast of South Africa. I invite you to visit her son's memorial page and learn more about how you might contribute to a very worthy cause.
Happy Reading! I always welcome your emails and comments.
Tara, Flying Solo and loving it!
